MAIAHOME – STAY AGREEMENT
This Stay Agreement outlines the terms under which MaiaHome (“Host”) provides temporary lodging to the registered guest (“Guest”).
By submitting the check-in registration form and accessing the property, the Guest agrees to the following:
1. Reservation & Occupancy
• The property may only be occupied by the registered guests listed in the booking and check-in form.
• The maximum occupancy stated in the listing must not be exceeded.
• Unauthorized additional guests may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
2. Use of the Property
• The property is provided exclusively for temporary residential lodging.
• Parties, events, or commercial activities are not permitted unless previously authorized in writing.
• Guests agree to comply with building regulations (where applicable) and local community standards.
3. Quiet Hours & Noise
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Excessive noise during quiet hours may result in penalties as stated in the listing and may lead to termination of the stay.
• Noise monitoring devices (where installed) measure decibel levels only and do not record audio.
4. Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in non-designated areas.
• Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning charges.
5. Damages & Responsibility
• Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
6. Identity Verification & Access Authorization
• For properties with self check-in, identity verification is required prior to arrival.
• In certain properties, building administration may require guest identification before access is granted.
• Access codes remain active only during the confirmed reservation dates.
7. Compliance with Booking Platform
• This Stay Agreement complements, but does not replace, the policies and terms of the booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• In case of conflict, the platform’s terms and resolution procedures shall apply.
8. Early Termination
The Host reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in cases of:
• Serious violation of house rules
• Illegal activity
• Threats to safety or property
• Excessive disturbances affecting neighbors
9. Limitation of Liability
The Host shall not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings occurring during the stay, except where required by applicable law.
10. Governing Standards
Guests agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during their stay.
By proceeding with check-in and accessing the property, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
